Executed late stage Final study phase. for two different projects.
Managing multidisciplinary and multi-cultural resources. Successully
managed the special challenges connected to Covid-19.
The investment for the projects was postponed by the end client.

TTS Marine AB, Gothenburg
Line Manager and part of the company’s top management team and overall
responsible for the engineering department. Responsible for the
department’s budget and result. Also setting and defining KPIs in order to
measure and find ways to improve the result. Supporting and mentoring
section managers in the day to day challenge.
Strong focus on enhancing and maintaining the working process, routines
and checklists.
Successfully coordinated processes and mentored Technical Project
Managers and Contract Managers in their daily challenges.
Success in the creation of a good and efficient working environment in
design offices located in Gothenburg, Polen and Vietnam with enhanced
team awareness of the importance of non conformity

TTS Marine AB, Gothenburg
Line Manager and part of the engineering department management team
and responsible for the mechanical engineering function including coaching
of 16 staff members. Responsible for and communicated with cross
functional and multi cultural teams located in China, Vietnam, Croatia,
Polen, Russia and Sweden. The design teams executed abt 100000 – 130000
Engineering hours per year. Mentoring Technical Project Managers in their
daily challenges also managing the role and responsibility interface between
Contract Managers and Technical Managers.
Success by practising “Management by walking around” in order to support
different project roles in their day to day challenges.

FKAB, Shanghai
Overall operational responsibility including Sales, Contract Managing,
Project execution, setting of the budget and financial reporting.
Responsible for the organization including 25 chinese engineers with a focus
on Naval architecture engineering.
Successfully supported the team in day to day project execution. Signing and
executing basic, detail and production design for foregin and Chinese
domestic ship owners and yards.

Swedeship Marine AB, Tjorn
Overall responsible for the production function at the new building and
repair shipyard.
Responsible for HSE, Planning, facilities and execution. The execution was
performed by 40-70 blue collar workers directly managed by fore men for
each discipline.
Successfully built, tested and delivered vessels/ferries to FMV, Swedish coast
guard, Norwegian sea rescue and swedish road administration.
2002
FKAB, Uddevalla
Team member of the Project Department. Started as project manager
continuing supporting TTS Ships equipment (previous employer) with project
execution, designing cargo access equipment. Acting in multifunctional areas
such as mechanical CAD design, Strength calculation and project
management.
Successfully acted as project manager for several different projects such as:
4pcs training vessels for FMV (Navy), Budget abt 100 mSEK. New building.

Wind farm service vessel for Dong Energy Budget Abt 30 mSEK. New
building. Customer: Swedeship Marine AB.
Vessel 18800 DWT Bulk Carrier for ESL Shipping OY, Concept design.
Customer: ABG Shipyard, India
